Hi there I hope you've all had a good week and a good bank holiday weekend if you live in England. My weekend was action packed because surprisingly, the weather was wonderful for a change. On Saturday we did my favourite walk along the nature reserve, I've become rather obsessed about going in the river and I've invented a game for myself where I dunk my head in the water to fish out sticks. I actually swim down the river, but mummy doesn't like me getting too out of my depth, mummy can be a bit of a killjoy. I've also become very friendly with the cows and always stop to say hello, although I do jump out of my skin if they moo too loudly. I went to my park a couple of times over the weekend and got up to my usual tricks, my friend Bella always brings her ball to play with but I always steal it from her, I'm not interested in my own ball, it's far more exciting to pinch someone else's. I also came across a girl sitting on a bench...

Hi there What do you think of my photo? I don't look like a posh, pedigree shih tzu do I, let alone a dog who came second place in a dog show. This was me after a swim in the river when I decided to roll around in the dirt to get dry. Well, I'm sure you're eager to know about my new celebrity status, so here goes. Last Saturday, mummy and daddy took me to The South Downs Show, a wonderful event with all sorts of things going on for doggies like me (and I suppose, for humans too.) There were lots of stalls with people selling their wares and as you can probably guess, I pulled mummy and daddy along in the direction of the food stalls. My word, there was food everywhere, bits of sausage, chips, bread, cake, you name it, I found it on the floor. Luckily, there were plenty of water holes where I could quench my thirst. I also managed to find a nice big toy box and chose a few toys I wanted to take home. Anyway, it wasn't all fun and games, mummy entered ...

Sorry not sorry.

Hi everyone Do you like the photo of me hiding under the decking? That was taken when I was a baby and mummy says that was a sure sign of things to come. I've always been a mischievous little dog, did I tell you about the time I stuck my head through a barbed wire fence to say hello to some goats? Well, unfortunately I scratched myself on the barbed wire but I didn't cry, even though I bled a little bit. Mummy was none the wiser, but a couple of days later when she was brushing me, she became hysterical and rushed me to the vets. Apparently she thought I had a terrible growth, but the vet just laughed and told mummy "it's only a scab" which she then flicked off with her finger. Daddy wasn't quite so amused as that scab cost him sixty pounds. This week I've had a couple of accidents, the first was when I was helping daddy in the garden, we were treating the fence and I thought I'd get my face right in amongst it, I was luminous green, that to...

Truth will out.

Hi everyone, Well, what an exciting week I've had. A doggy food manufacturer got in touch with me and asked if I would like to be part of their advertising campaign.Trouble is, I don't eat processed dog food because it's often full of nasty things like condemned beef, rancid fat and stuff surplus to human consumption like hooves, tails, testicles and ears and general sweepings from the factory floor. Like humans, what we doggies eat affects our health (and our breath and I for one don't want dog breath.) We doggies have the same digestive system as a grey wolf and grey wolves don't go to the supermarket to buy junk food, they live on prey, fruit and vegetables. I eat a raw diet just like the grey wolf, fortunately I don't have to hunt for it because mummy puts it in my bowl. I am allowed certain treats like my carrot and apple biscuits and last weekend when we went out for lunch, daddy bought me a doggy ice cream which is made from natural ingredients, ...

Hi again, I hope you've all had a good week. Well, here on the south coast we've been having pretty rotten weather, luckily we've managed to dodge a lot of the rain and had some nice long walks. As you know, I love a good walk, but I think I overdid it last weekend. Mummy was a bit worried on Monday because I was a bit out of sorts for most of the day. Although generally my bad leg doesn't hurt, sometimes if I've walked too far it aches and I tend to limp more. Anyhow, after a very lazy day, I suddenly got a spurt on at about 10pm, which as you know, is way past my bedtime. I popped my head over the edge of my basket, started barking and then decided to tip all of my toys out of my toy box. After what mummy called my 'funny five minutes' I took myself back off to bed, I like to keep everyone on their toes. On Sunday we managed to catch a few 'rays' down at the beach and did all my favourite things like paddling, finding a big stick to carr...
