Professor Noel Fitzpatrick The Supervet.
Hello everyone,
I would like to say a big woofing thank you to all the kind, lovely people who posted well wishes after my last post, I can't believe how many friends and followers I have.
I left you on a rather sad note last week because my vet had discovered something ominous on my X ray, well, the good news is.......the super-duper vet, Professor Noel Fitzpatrick, looked at my X rays and said he didn't think it was the big C word. My diagnosis is complicated, my disabled leg is a bit of a mystery, even for a super-duper vet, I can't have a prosthetic elbow and a rod in my leg would make it permanently rigid, so, I have to take tablets to see if they will relieve any discomfort and get me using my leg more. My 'good' leg is doing lots of extra work to help my bad leg and we don't want that getting damaged! Most importantly, I have to keep nice and trim and people aren't allowed to give me treats, plus I mustn't scavenge around for food or fox poo, which is rather disappointing.

The Supervet is back with a new series and I watched it last night, it's one of my favourite programmes, but I'm not sorry that I don't have to stay at the hospital, no offence Noel.
Since the good news, mummy's been really happy and we've been having lot's of fun. I met a new friend at the beach called Matilda, she got all frisky with me, which was a giggle, although her mummy was very embarrassed, but whatever you do, don't tell George because he tends to get jealous when other dogs dominate me.
You'd never have guessed last weekend that snow was on its way, we had an al fresco lunch at the beach on Saturday and it was like a summer's day.
But, mummy had warned me that a Beast from the East was coming and I would need another new jumper and possibly some doggie Wellies. We went off to the shops and my luck was in! No doggie Wellies in stock, thank goodness. I did get a smart new jumper with pom poms though.
The Beast wasn't very beastly as it turned out, barely worth a new jumper, in fact, I went out a few times, naked!
But, guess what, today we had some proper snow, I did a double take when I saw it, then I barked at it, then I went out to explore and have a little taste.
What I like best about the snow is, after you've been out to play in it and got very cold, you spend the afternoon snuggling.
Well, I hope you all keep safe and warm, I'll finish with a photo of a 'me' lookalike with a Donald Trump hairstyle ha ha ha
Until next week,
Love and woofs,
Dino xxxxxxx
